Tasks and responsibilities
- Validation of proposals and budgeting by project,
- Plan internal and external resources and manage production priorities for all shifts,
- Monitor daily production,
- Ensure that the production that has been planned is carried out,
- Follow up on current or late orders and analyze the reasons,
- Find solutions and optimize processes to improve production performance,
- Validation of specifications for complex web projects according to the reality of the company in question, while respecting the best marketing practices in the industry in terms of user experience,
- Planning of production stages according to the budget,
- Validation of UX recommendations and website wireframes, in collaboration with the strategy, design and web development team,
- Coordination of complex web projects (design of eCommerce websites and/or with advanced features, CRM implementation, automated email marketing, etc.),
- Have a critical eye on the design and functionality of a website,
- Participation in the quality assurance of websites and final validation,
- Participation in monthly strategic meetings of the company with the leaders of the agency,
- Participate in the improvement of processes in order to increase productivity, communicate policies and procedures and monitor good practices on a daily basis,
- Management and concern for the morale of the team on a daily basis,
- Participation and implementation of team building activities within the agency,
- Preparation and participation in the annual evaluations of each member of the team.

Qualifications required
- Experience in managing complex web projects and digital strategy in an agency, 5 years minimum,
- Ability to take initiative and have a great attention to detail,
- Great autonomy and recognized ability to ensure deadlines are met,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Ability to solve complex problems and innovative solution,
- Bilingual: Fluency in spoken and written French and English,
- Very good technical knowledge of web design stages (WordPress and others),
- Good knowledge of the principles of web marketing (SEO, SEM) and marketing automation,
- Good communication and leadership skills,
- Enthusiasm, ability to work in a team and good judgment.
